I am calm, caring, experienced and will hold a confidential space to enable you to release your blocked emotions and to let go of those energies that are keeping you 'stuck'.

Healing can be deep and is not easy work because it forces you to look at things that you have buried or been avoiding. We have to face all parts of ourselves, the light and the dark so that we can 'let go' of limiting thoughts and belief patterns, to allow us to make space for a life full of abundance and joy.

I trained in Reiki 13 years ago, whilst pregnant with my second child and it has helped me in my life in so many ways. I have recently completed my Master training, which I had wanted to do for years but it was all about finding the right person at the right time and thankfully after receiving some signs and divine intervention it all finally came together and I had the most wonderful transformative experience.
